Our staff pride themselves on delivering high quality care, and our fees are set accordingly. We will provide you with a quote for treatment as well as relevant item numbers at your initial consultation.
  • The cost of an initial consultation is $150, and as Dr Beech is an AHPRA registered Specialist, if you have a Medicare card you will receive a rebate of $78.05.
  • There are typically three components to fees for treatment. The procedure, the hospital fee and the anaesthetist fee.
  • The procedure fee is what we charge to provide the surgery. If you have your treatment under local anaesthetic in our clinic, this will be only fee payable.
  • If your treatment is in a private hospital, there will be a fee from the hospital. Please ensure you contact the hospital in advance to obtain a quote for this.
  • If your treatment involves a specialist anaesthetist, there will be a fee from the anaesthetist. We will provide you with details for you to obtain a quote in advance.
  • As this is a common procedure for us, we like to be transparent. Our procedure fee for removal of 4 wisdom teeth is never more than $2200. Please check with your health fund for any rebates you may be eligible for.
  • This is included in the procedure fee, and you will not be charged by us for post operative care.
  • Health fund rebates vary depending on your health fund provider, your level of cover and the type of treatment provided. We will provide you with item numbers to check with your provider.
  • Medicare rebates are available for procedures that are eligible such as biopsies, management of trauma etc. Medicare does not provide rebates for dental procedures such as extraction of teeth or dental implants.
  • Payment options include EFTPOS, major credit cards, and providers such as ZIP and Afterpay.
  • Procedures under local anaesthetic are payable on the day of treatment, and those for IV sedation or general anaesthetic must be paid 7 days prior to treatment to ensure it can be offered.
