About Dr Nicholas Beech | BSc, MBBS, BDS, MPhil (Surg), FRACDS (oms)

Sunshine Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Nick is an Australian-trained specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who completed degrees in both Medicine and Dentistry before undertaking advanced surgical training. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Committed to ongoing research and education, Nick is currently supervising two PhD students in their research projects. He has published multiple research articles and presented at national and international conferences, particularly on the oral health of head and neck cancer patients, dental implant rehabilitation and facial trauma management.

Nick enjoys practising the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has a number of special interests including removal of impacted wisdom teeth, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) surgery.

Bringing compassionate, patient-centric care to the Sunshine Coast community and surrounds is a dream now realised through Integrated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Nick is proud to offer such advanced, evidence-based treatment options.

Nick lives on the Sunshine Coast with his wife Arielle and two small children. In his spare time you’ll find him running around after (and away from) his kids or at the beach.
